Programs - Adult Development

The Adult Development Program at Carefree Racquet Club is designed to offer the adult player skill instruction in ground strokes, volleys, overheads, and serves. We also teach game strategy in singles and doubles play as well as the physical, emotional and mental tools necessary to successfully play tennis.

Carefree Racquet Club, which features seven indoor air-conditioned tennis courts, two racquetball courts, a half-court basketball court, lockers, a pro shop and babysitting, has been, and is, the comprehensive training center for adults of all levels and abilities. We are simply the best.

1st Session:
Monday: Sept.13th – Jan.3rd (no play 12/20, 12/27)
Tuesday: Sept.14th – Jan.4th (no play 12/21, 12/28)
Wednes: Sept.15th – Jan.5th (no play 12/22, 12/29)
Thurs: Sept.16th – Jan.13th (no play 11/25, 12/23, 12/30)
Friday: Sept.24th – Jan.21st (11/26, 12/24, 12/31)
Saturday: Sept.11th – Jan.15th (no play 9/18, 11/27, 12/25,1/1)
Sunday: Sept.12th – Jan.9th (no play 11/28, 12/19, 12/26)

2nd Session:
Monday: Jan.24th – May 23rd (no play 2/21, 4/18, 4/25)
Tuesday: Jan.25th – May 17th (no play 2/22, 4/19)
Wednes.: Jan.26th – May 18th (no play 2/23, 4/20)
Thurs.: Jan.27th – May 19th (no play 2/24, 4/21)
Friday: Jan.28th – May 20th (no play 2/25, 4/22)
Saturday: Jan.29th – May 21st (no play 2/26, 4/23)
Sunday: Jan.30th – May 22nd (no play 2/27, 4/24

 

 

 

Fourteen Week Program

One Hour Lesson
Special Rates Apply to 3 or 4 player groups

Practice Time
Friday 1 – 2:30pm or Sunday 5 – 6:30pm
Please attend one practice time per week

Registration & Testing Dates
All students must be tested to ensure they will be placed in the appropriate group level.

First Session: Aug. 23rd – 26th (5-6pm)
Aug. 28th (9-10am)
Aug. 30th – 31st  (5-6pm)
Sept.1st - 2nd  (5-6pm)

Second Session: please call for an appointment.

Make-Up Policy
There will be no make-up for same-day cancellations. One group makeup will be given per session.

Payment Policy
A $150 deposit is required at sign-up. The balance is due in full by the 4th lesson. A late fee of 1 ½ % will be added to all unpaid balances after the 4th lesson.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason a student cannot be placed in the program before the program commences, a full deposit will be refunded. After the program commences all cancellations must be in writing and prorated refunds will only be given if your spot is sold.
